On November 27, Japan Michelin Tire announced a selection of “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2020" that introduces carefully selected restaurants, restaurants and accommodations in Tokyo. 226 starred restaurants were listed, and Tokyo has become one of the world's top cities this year. As a new three-star restaurant, “Kadowaki" (Minato-ku), a Japanese restaurant that has maintained two stars since its first publication in 2009, was upgraded to the highest rating for the first time in 12 years.

In addition, the three-star stores listed are “Azabu Yukimura" (Japanese cuisine), “Kagurazaka Ishikawa" (Japanese cuisine), “Kanda" (Japanese cuisine), “Kantesance" (French cuisine), “Sushi" ( “Japanese cuisine", “Joel Robuchon" (French cuisine), “Yoshitake" (Sushi), “Makimura" (Japanese cuisine), “Ryugin" (Japanese cuisine), “Loojier" (French cuisine).

On the other hand, the famous sushi restaurants “Sukiyabashi Jiro Honten" and “Saito Saito", which were listed in three stars until the 19th edition, are no longer available for general reservation and are not covered by the Michelin Guide.

Also, “Prisma" (Minato / Italy), which was rated two stars, was first listed as a one star in 18 years, and is now the only Italian star in Japan. It is the first time since “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2011" that Italian cuisine is rated two stars in Tokyo.
